Presence in Microsoft Outlook RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi.

    I deployment OCS 2007 Std.

The client computers have Win XP SP2 and Outlook 2003.

The presence in Communicator Client is successful.

But, the presence in Microsoft Outlook is not successful.

The Question is, presence it works with Microsoft Outlook 2003 or only Microsoft Outllok 2007.

    Thanks,

  • Hello,
Validate that the SIP user can be similar to the domain of e-mail.
     For example:
    Usuario1: user1@mydomain.net
    Email: <alias.name> @ mydomainpublic.com
    SIP:<alias.name> @ mydomainpublic.com

For validate presence in Ofice 2003 the SIP must match the domain of the user's email:
    SIP:<alias.name> @ mydomainpublic.com  = Email: <alias.name> @ mydomainpublic.com.

Later sig-in in communicator 2007 and adds your contacts and really shows that the presence in Office 2003.

    Alfreds.
