How do I stop several of my contacts' names which have been hijacked, appearing with short, irrelevant massages, in my inbox? Is this a take-over of my address, too? RRS feed

  • Is this a take-over of my address, too? In the last 14 days, among all the other correspondence, I have received two emails in my inbox [I have heavy screening] seemingly from two contacts that I'm rarely in touch with. The emails are short and irrrelevant, each ending with a short, different verse of wisdom [and the author cited]. One was from an airline's worker, the other from a former student pal. Both emails mentioned an airport. I opened both, unwittingly, replying to the first, but just got the same email back. Then I emailed the first "on a clean sheet". No reply. Does this ring a bell with anyone? What can I do to stop this? Please email me if you have any advice about what this could mean: akingturner@hotmail.com Thanks in anticipation...
