Hi Folks,
Probably most of us on this forum who are doing Windows administration exams are already system administrators, or are training to become admins.
I recently discovered probably the single best printed resource for us administrators. It's called
The Practice of System and Network Administration, 2nd Edition by Thomas Limoncelli, and is available in both print and ebook form.
This book has been called a "mentor in a book," and can equip you with the skills needed to advance you to the next stage of your admin career. Although it discusses many technical issues, it also addresses the "soft" skills, or workplace skills (like interpersonal
relationships and time management), not covered by any Microsoft exam, but critical for success in any organization.
