I am struggling with WGA. I need to use WGA before I can download a MS product. Then I need to install WGA AGAIN when I attempt to install the MS product. I have a WGA code provided to me when I downloaded the MS product and told validation was successful. During the installation process I was not given the alternative process and ran WGA which AGAIN assured me I was successful. Yet the MS product never completed the installation process and tells me to re-run the installation. Needless to say this was a complete waste of my time as the product never installs. It repeats the WGA process time and time again yet the MS product never installs. The WGA validation code: (

As for the forum, it took me several tries to login, with each attempt asking for me to share personal information while navigating me further and further from the intended purpose of the login.
MS seems intent on squandering my time on useless endeavors.
