    I have this set up on a windows computer and have two accounts online  I am trying to add another online account but cannot access the bank as it comes up with a warning and list is temporarily unavailable.  I have contacted microsoft who advised me that this app is no longer supported and gave me this link  please can anyone help me

    When you get to the list of bank names, look below the list window and there should be a link saying "My bank or brokerage is not listed". Click that link and add the bank name manually.

    The functionality of the list requires Microsoft servers which were turned off permanently, back around 2011.
