  If Windows live onecare is installed on your computer, you can check for your Live id associated with your subscription by opening the main page of onecare, click on Help --> About Windows Live onecare, look for the subscription id.

  Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID for your subscription.
