  Out of curiosity, how did you find this forum and why did you think it was a good place to post your question?

  You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Microsoft Public newsgroups here: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx

   

  And, when you find the appropriate newsgroup, it would help if you explained things like what email program you are using, or webmail service, and what "trouble" might mean.
