Convert special characters?

Question

Hello all, I exported the AD users in a CSV file. I included First name, Last Name, email, etc. After I imported these users to CRM into the Contacts entity, now I see some weird characters which CRM is not interpreting or AD did not exported them correctly. All of them where supposed to be accented characters. Is there a way to fix this?Monday, May 17, 2010 10:20 PM

Hi,
Have you ensure you have the appropriate language pack installed on your CRM server?

It is. The problem appears to be the exported data from the AD which contains invalid characters. Anyones has a js function that replaces X character by Y character?Monday, May 17, 2010 11:16 PM
