Regarding Microsoft Certification 70-532: Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions

Hi, I am a bit confused and need some guidance. I was preparing for Microsoft Exam 70-532: Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions. But I just came to know that this certification will get expire on 31st December 2018. Now I want to know what should I do now? Should I go with this certification or there is some new certification in place of 70-532? Please advice.

Hello Waleed,

I believe there is no new exam that replaces the 70-532 exam as of now.

If you take the 70-532 exam, you are entitled to take a transition exam, transition exams are intended for people who have already demonstrated skills in the content domain by passing 70-XXX series exam(s) that are being replaced by the new role-based certification exams.

Transition exams cover the delta between the current certification and the skills and concepts in the new certification.
