We have a CRM Online, and have a custom entity available in a list in a dashboard. For a particular user using a particular machine / browser, when she clicks on a record she gets an error and on examination of the log it seems that CRM is trying to load an
email with a GUID that doesn't exist rather than trying to load the record she clicked on (which is called an enquiry). Just to test this we programatically created an email record with this GUID, and then when she clicked on the enquiry record it in fact
loaded the newly created email record! She simply can't get into the enquiry. This happens for a number of records. As indicated this is in a particular browser, and this behaviour is not exhibited when using another browser - further on a different machine
this behaviour is not exhibited at all for this user regardless of browser.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
