70-669 Desktop Virtualization exam self study

Question
-
Hi all
I have some experience with Vmware VDI, view4 and as Microsoft VDI getting popular, I would like to learn and do 70-669 Exam. As I can see this covers App-v, MED-V, VDI, desktop images etc. Microsoft website says there are no preperation materials, e-learnings, pressbook etc apart from 5 days course.
Where do I find the self study material to learn and pass the exam? I can setup the lab but struggling to find the study material.
Regards
Mat

Thanks Freek, I have already got those from a previous post. But that is only a startup and a more general information. I am looking for a course material or any more material focussed about the topics covered in this excam.
Any other information will be appreicated
