  • Recently migrated 4.0 on-premise to crm 2011 on-premise.  I have a user in AD who worked for us, then left, and is now back.  He is in CRM twice as a user and neither of his user profiles allow me to install the outlook client on his machine or connect his CRM 2011 to Office 2010 x64.  Not sure what to do now... help.

                        Few questions before answering your question

    a) Is the user active in Active Directory??

    b) If the user active what is the exact error you are getting while installing CRM outlook?

    c) What is the Email Access incoming type and outgoing type in CRM user??

     

    Please let me know what is the exact issue you are facing so that we will know what exactly is the issue.
