Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit won't activate after reinstall

Question
-
Re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, now getting that it's not Genuine - can't activate online. Tried by phone, gave me an error. When it tried to redirect me to a customer support agent, it sent me to some random line that then told me that if I was calling about DirectTv or AT&T to call their individual numbers. Tried a second time, same thing. Can't get through to a person.

It is not neccessary to remove the product key. The reports masks the important part anyway. However the part it does leave helps us to identify certain issues. Please rerun the report and don't edit. No one can use the information to your detriment.
Click Start and type "slui.exe 4" and follow the directions. Do not respond to the automated prompts and the system will eventually route you to a live agent.
