microsoft fix it program

i tried to install the microsoft fix it program. i get a message that said i need FRAM WORK 2 OR HIGHER. I DID INSTALL FRAMWORK 2 AND 4. however, when i reinstall the fix it program i get the sam message

Hi,

Did you install Fix it Center from http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/Portal? It requires .NET Framework 2.0 or higher. If you are running Windows Vista, you should be fine. If you are running Windows XP you need to check if you have .NET installed or not. If not, you can install it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en and try to install Fix it Center again.
