Windows 7 Ultimate activation key blocked

Question
-
I have purchased "New Sealed Windows 7 32&64 bit Full Version" from eBay in May 2010 and recieved the software package which looked like a genuine retail package with COA and product key. I was able to install and activate the software on my brand new home built computer. I have been using the computer on week-ends without any issues until today 8/9/10. Now, I am receiving a message saying windows copy is not genuine. I have reentered the product key and even reinstalled windows to activate windows without any success. I am getting the message "The Product Key you have typed has been blocked from use by Microsoft".
After reading through many postings here and comparing my COA lable with the picture on Microsoft website, I was not happy to notice that my COA lable has "Win Ult English ROW DVD" which is meant for "Rest Of the World" and my product key contains the "067" and the metallic thread does not have the red "OUR PASSION". I think I was sold a non-genuine copy. I am posting the results of GenuineDiagnositicsTool, could someone confirm that my copy is indeed a non-genuine copy. Because I need to submit a complaint saying that I was sold a counterfeit copy for starting the process of refund. I could not go through eBay and PayPal, because of their 45 day time limit for buyer protection.

The 067 in the Product ID does indicate a MSDN key. You are correct in your assumption that you have been had. I don't know what the File Mismatch is but I really don't think that this is an issue in this case as the original install of a MSDN key is bogus.- Marked as answer by Darin Smith MS Wednesday, August 11, 2010 6:50 PM

Unfortunately, your product key for Windows 7 Ultimate was "lifted" from a MSDN Subscription by expert counterfeiters. You need to contact the eBay seller and demand an immediate refund and pledge never to buy software from auction web sites ever again!

The seller is no longer registered with eBay. Both eBay and Paypal can not help me because it is past their 45 day buyer protection period. I am persuing my credit card company for a refund and they want me to file a formal complaint stating that I was sold a counterfeit copy.
I have learned my lesson, an expensive $173 one. I would never buy software from auctioneers again. I thank Carey Frisch and LVTravel for their help.
