    Can someone please help me with this update?

     

    There is a yellow shield with an exclamation mark in my systems tray (i.e. windows update) right next to the LiveOne Care icon. When I click on it, it tells me that I need to install “Update for Windows XP (KB967715).”  So I do the recommended installation… 5 minutes later the shield is back in my system tray… again requesting me to install “Update for Windows XP (KB967715).”

     

    I did this multiple times. I did recommended installation. I did custom installation. I did installation from the Windows Home Site. I still get the shield and the request to install the update.

     

    To paraphrase Henry II, “will no one rid me of this troublesome pest?”
