WGA stops after 80% and restarts after every Reboot RRS feed

    I have exactly the same Problem at a customers site with several PC's as others have in different threads: WGA Runs up to about 80% then stops.

    In Event Viewer I have an entry With
    Source: WgaSetup
    Description(Translated from German): Inner package result code = 0x00070bc2, message = The Step was successfully finished. Changes will apply after a Restart of the system (Der angeforderte Vorgang wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Änderungen werden erst nach einem Neustart des Systems wirksam.)

    After every Restart of the PC the WGA Tool starts over ...
