Can Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (32bit) be a workstation node for HPC? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello.

My division has lots of servers running on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise.

So I'd like to build a cluster with these servers and make each node a WORKSTATION NODE for HPC cluster.

But many articles and references show me that Windows 7 series can be a workstation node for HPC and no one mention whether Windows Server 2008 Enterprise can be.

Please let me know that Windows Server 2008 Enterprise can be a workstation node for HPC or not?

    Thanks in advance.
