Not able to configure the Outlook client with the CRM 2011

Hi All,
I am not able to configure the crm 2011 organization deployed in another server with the outlook client in my local machine. I amd getting the error and the error is below

The reason for the installation failure is stated near the top of your log file:
07:14:12|Warning| Client configuration failed with the exception : Cannot start the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Configuration Wizard because the configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Default_Client_Config.xml is not valid. Contact your system administrator. at Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.CommandLineArgs.ParseConfigFile(String configFileName, Deployments& deployments)
Try uninstalling and reinstalling CRM for Outlook.
