VPN Drops with OCS Voice Calls RRS feed

    We currently have OCS standard edition with no edge server, working with TLS automatic configuration.

    I have been facing a unique problem with a few users. Whenever these couple of users try to do voice call through OCS while connected through a Dial up VPN there VPN connection drops. However it works fine for most of other users. Also there voice call works well when on LAN.

    VPN is using Aventail Client RSA Based Dial-up where connecting client is getting an IP of company's network range. I have checked with my VPN Setup vendor also but couln't find much useful information regarding this.

    Does anybody have a clue what could be the issue causing it. Is there any OCS setting which could cause such problem?

  • OCS is not designed to work over VPN, althow it may work you are supposed to use an EDGE Server for your Remote users

    There are no settings for VPN connected clients in any Microsoft documentation that I have seen
