AV False positive when compiling VS2019 C++

After releasing last version of our application we struggle with a lot of false-positive AV reports.

So we tried to create fresh new VM with Win10 with only VS2019 build tools and bootstrapped vcpkg. Unfortunately even such simple scenario means a lot of AV issues when checking vcpkg.exe

When checking back all our releases it seems that this started by some compiler upgrade between Dec 2019 and Feb 2020. All releases released before or during Dec2019 are reported as ok, anything released after that had a lot of false-positive reports.

If you have any development problems, you could submit a issue here, and it is better to post a minimal, reproducible sample that can reproduce the problem.
