These forums are for the support of Windows Genuine Advantage Validation issues. Your post does not appear to a be Vista Activation or Validation related and, as such is, unfortunately, off-topic (as well as outside my main area of knowledge)
I suggest reposting your question to one of the Vista Answers Forums athttp://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/default.aspx . Next locate programs on the left side (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/dd282894.aspx). Next click on “Go to the Forum” icon in the middle of the page. Once you are in the forum use the search feature and search i.e. Can’t Access The Start Menu. If this doesn’t pull up what you need then please post there.
