Microsoft Azure 204 training issue

  I am pursuing course on AZ-204 on Microsoft learning portal. While practicing demo on sandbox as per the given learning guidelines, I am not able to open one of the component. Below are the details.
  
  Chapter 1
  
  Module: Create a long-running serverless workflow with Durable Functions
  
  Unit No: 4
  
  Issue at: On the Platform Features tab, under Development Tools, click Advanced tools (Kudu).
  
  I am not able to open 'Advanced Tools(Kudu)' on click. It navigates to some information page.
