Error message says Outlook version is not legitimate

Question
-
I believe that I purchased my Outlook along with Office and yet Outlook is the only module that is saying that it is not a legitimate or 'genuine' product. (I don't seem to have as much to paste as other people... should I have copied each tab from the diagnostics?)
thanks for your help.
