Windows 7 activation after reinstalling

Question
-
Hey I had to reinstall my OS, quite sure my OS was genuine before reinstalling (Checked via My Computer > Properties and could run microsoft programs like security essentials etc) . Ive just reinstalled it and now it says my product is invalid. I bought this pc second hand from an auction site, there was no sticker on the case so I used a 3 different key finder tools to obtain my product key all of which provided the same key.

If there is no COA sticker on the case, then the machine is not licensed for Windows, unless you have purchased a Retail License.
This machine was built in 2004 - and therefore could not possibly have shipped with Windows 7 installed, which is a requirement for using the OEM_SLP Key.
You will have to purchase a genuine Windows license, and clean install that.
