The user has not been assigned any License CRM 2013 online Email router RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When I send an email to a queue in CRM 2013 online, I always get this error from email router :

    #9628 - An error occurred while delivering the email message with subject "" in mailbox "queue email" for delivery to https://disco.crm4.dynamics.com/xx. System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: The user has not been assigned any License (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault).

    Can you please help me.
