Non Reciept of validation key. RRS feed

    I have purchased the Windows XPpro Genuine Adv English Intl Direct CD from Microsoft but inspite of physically having recieved the CD am yet to recieve the product key. This essentially means that I have a paid for version without being able to use it at all. kindly resolve the conflict. I have already talked on thetelephone to MS and have sent the same query also by mail but am yet to recieve any reply to the same.

    If any MS person is reading this kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. If any other details are required kindly ask for the same on my email.

    Unfortunately this forum is only for support for validation issues, I have no way of accessing your order or providing any additional information regarding this order.  I would highly suggest checking your e-mail where the product key was supposed to be sent to and making sure it is either not in your deleted items or spam/junk mail folder.  If you are still unable to find the key please create a support incident at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=52029 and include any relevent information such as name, address, phone number and order number along with any other details related to your order and we will be able to further look into this.

    Please call the department back from which you have purchased this copy of Windows and they will be able to further assist you with obtaining a product key for the software you have bought.  Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

  • I bought the package via the net. On trying to contact the MS numbers(for India) I get something weird like please send a email as we cannot answer this. There is no reply to email. The solution is simply as simple as sending the key to my email ID.

     

    I am really at the end of my tether here. First I have been given a VLK blocked copy of the windows by the computer vendor. Then when I try to correct the same from MS I am being put through this. I am really putoff by the lack of consumer sensitivity on the part of MS. I guess you guys really are just going through the motions of preventing pirated software usage and are not really bothered. If you were you would appreciate the trouble I have gone through and the kind of treatment being meted out is simply not done.

    I just need somebody at MS to Understand the following:

    1.    I RAN WGA SOFTWARE.

    2.    THE SOFTWARE GAVE ME THE MESSAGE " VLK BLOCKED KEY".

    3.    I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SITE.

    4.    ACCORDINGLY I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE ORIGINAL SOFTWARE CD.

    5.    I PAID FOR THE SAME.

    6.    I WAS TO RECIEVE THE VALIDTION KEY BY EMAIL WITHIN 2-8 HOURS.

    7.    I DID NOT RECIEVE THE VALIDATION KEY OR ANY OTHER MESSAGE EITHER BY EMAIL.

    8.    I CONTACTED MS. I WAS TOLD TO EMAIL TO APCORDERS.

    9.    I EMAILED BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY TO THE SAME.

    10.   AFTER AROUND A WEEK I RECIEVED THE CD.

    11.   EVEN WITH THE SAME THERE WAS NO VALIDATION KEY.

    12.   THE LITERATURE JUST SAID VALIDATION KEY HAS BEEN SENT THROUGH EMAIL.

    13.   SINCE THEN I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT TO NO AVAIL.

    14.   FOR GOD'S SAKE PLEASE HELP.
