    I have found that Malware antivirus does detect and clear  personal antivirus.   When I am running Norton, antivirus does not seem to present itself.   I have been trying one-care and it does not stop the personal antivirus at all.  It took a month to clear up a serious infection due to this.

    If this cannot be fixed, I will not be a subscriber.   The answer that it keeps morphing or changing is not acceptable since your keeping up with it is part of the business.   Yours is not a free service so no excuses--fix it please.
