Hello, I'm trying to use the Import Data Wizard to import a User xml file. I generated this xml file by exporting Advanced Find results from a different environment.
When I attempt to import the User xml file into the new environment, the Upload Data File wizard displays an error: "A duplicate column heading exists." This error notification has a "Download Log File" button but the log file doesn't provide
any additional details.
To generate the xml file I simply opened Advance Find, selected the User entity, selected all available columns, clicked the ! to get the results and then exported to xml. I wouldn't think this would have included dup col names in the xml file. Have you experienced
this behavior before? Is there a better way to select the columns for export?
Try selecting handful of fields that you need to create a new user, sometimes selecting all attributes can cause an issue when display names may match across related entities.
