This customer has a valid contract , with a vaild contract line that contains 6 allotments.
For an unknown reason I am having problems , the follwoing message is showing on the case:
"The contract line does not have sufficient alltoments remaining. Check the contract liens and all open cases to determine if the customer is entitled to receive service"
Does the Contract Template associated with the Contract have Number of Cases as the Allotment type? Also ensure your Contract and Contract lines are in a valid status like Active.
