Cannot turn on one care firewall after it updated

Question

My computer apparently had a onecare update and then firewall would not turn on. How do I fix? I see some chat about nVidia drivers and do have an nVidia chipset.

I have also encoutered this problem after yesterday onecare update. Onecare cannot turn on my firewall and manually I also cannot turn it on.
I have tried running the onecare firewall fix and problem still persist.
Could it be due to the fact that I choose not to let it reboot my PC immediately after the upgrade? Since I am shutting down my PC soon after the upgrade. However this morning when I started my PC again, onecare turn "red"
My version of Live OneCare is 2.0.2500.22
Virus and spyware definition version 1.27.6201.0
Firewall policy version : Unavailable ===> I cannot remember the version before this problem started.
Please help.

My computer has done the same thing today! Windows Live One Care kept stating that my computer was at risk because the Firewall was turned off. I could not get my Firewall to be turned back on through the Windows Security Center either. Everything was working fine yesterday and previously, with no problems.
After I tried restarting my computer, during the shut-down process, 2 updates were installed and the Firewall still is not working. I went on the Windows Live OneCare Help Section, and tried to have it Fix it, but it couldn't do it.

I want to personally Thank You!!! I downloaded the file you gave, and my Firewall is now working properly. Luckily, I still have some hair left.
Thanks,
