OK - that's good, but I don't like to hear about the RegTweaker thing - it's purest snake-oil.Did it make its own backups that you can use to undo whatever it may have done? If not, then I recommend trying a System Restore back to a time before you first used it.

Interesting - the 0x80070003 error is a 'path not found' error - such errors are usually the result of some kind of malware (has your AV shown any problems lately?), while the 0x80072EE7 is an internet DNS problem - which again is possibly the result of malware, or a malfunctioning firewall or security software.
Do you have any software installed which is likely to be blocking ActiveX controls? (your Internet settings appear to be OK).I'm not sure which file the report is referring to as having 'lost' - it's usually the SPPSVC.exe file and service, but not always. Please open a Command Prompt window and type the following commands....SC QUERYEX SPPSVC
SC SDSHOW SPPSVC
SC QPRIVS SPPSVC
SC QSIDTYPE SPPSVCPATH
Post back with the responses
Also please check that the file itself actually exists (C:\windows\system32\sppsvc.exe).

Even if it appears to work, please post a new MGADiag report after the SR - it may just be hiding :)

That looks a lot better - but not quite perfect yet :)To get rid of the remaining problem (which is minor), please manually validate at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate - which should pass - and then post a new MGADiag report....and promise me never to use a registry-cleaner again <g>
