    Hello

    I am new to working with Letter activities and need to find out how you print a letter that you have created as an activity.

    A letter activity is nothing more than a task. It is just a way of recording that a letter needs to be/has been sent or received.

    If you are in CRM 2013 or later, you can get a print preview of the form by clicking on the Settings icon (the cog or wheel after your name) in the navigation bar and then clicking Print Preview and then in the new window you can print.
