Merge contacts error - crmMergeForm undefined RRS feed

    I am getting an error when I try to merge two contacts. The error is crmMergeForm undefined.

    For some contacts it works ok, for others I get the error. Does anybody have any suggestions what might be wrong please?

    When ever I have had this problem it is becuase I have permission to update one contact but not the other.

    Do you have multiple Business Units? Check the owners of both Contacts to see if you have the correct permission and your in the correct Business Unit.

    We only have one business unit and I have the sys admin role, so should have access to update everything.

    Any other ideas please?
