windows vista all of a sudden not valid

Question
-
Recently my older laptop kept poping up an unauthorized change was made to windows follow the link to fix the problem but the link would not work. I factory restored my system and while using windows updater the messege started again but the link worked. where it goes to a microsoft.com website where it then tells me to validate now so I do. But every time windows validation was interrupted we cannot determine your windows to be genuine. I have seen other people having the same problem so i used the MGADiag tool and here are my results which I have no clue how to read. any help would be greatly appreciated
