I get error reports like Server execution failed, or ::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C986833\0} Server execution failed.
I am using Windows 7. Would you know why that may be?

This issue may occur if the security setting is incorrect. You can try the following steps:
Add account to Network group

1. Click Start button, type "cmd" in the Start Search box.
2. On the program results list, right click the "cmd.exe" and choose "run as administrator.
3. In the command window, type the following command and press Enter:
net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Local Service" /add
If it does not work, you can create a new account:
Create a new user account

1. Click the Start Button, type User Accounts in the start search pane and press Enter.
2. Click Manage use accounts.
3. Click Create a new account, and type the name.
4. Choose account type as Computer administrator.
5. Click Create Account.
6. Log off and log on with the new account.

However, when I entered 'cmd' into the Start Searc box 'cmd.exe' was not shown.
Similarly, when I entered 'User Accounts' in the Start search pane, Manage use accounts did not show.
I am a a bit of a loss now as to what to do next.
