This account is obviously using another account to mark all of his posts as helpful to gain points.
Please investigate

Andy, I agree the ratio of helpful posts to total replies (and answers) seems high. But we cannot tell what account is marking the posts helpful, and I assume you cannot either. The best option might be to email fissues [at] microsoft [dot] com. They might be able to investigate.
