Issue installing ASP .NET MVC v3 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm running in to some issues getting MVC3 installed.  When I run the installer, I receive the following error.  "Error 0x80070643 installing ASP.NET MVC 3"  A quick search shows that it's a fairly generic error.  I've unpacked the installer's exe with 7zip, and determined that the issue is coming from vs10-kb2483190-x86.exe.  Unpacking that, and running the included MSP with the /L switch gives me the log file below.  I've also included the vslogs.cab file created by the Collect.exe app referenced here.  Any assistance/insight provided would be greatly appreciated.
