  • Question

  • I purchased a new laptop and it already had microsoft office starter installed.  I then went on to purchase microsoft office professional 2010 and installed it and activated it with the product key.  After a while all my documents started defaulting to microsoft office starter.  I re-entered the microsoft office professional product key and reactivated it and it was fine again. A week ago my files started defaulting to micosoft office  starter again.   I entered the same product key again but this time I received an error message stating that the product key is invalid. What do I need to do.  Many thanks
