Can not run Fix It repairs, Lts.dll missing!

Question
-
Hello, I´m running on Win 7 SP1.
I downloaded your "Mats_Run.maintenance.exe" but I can´t install it. It says that lts.dll is missing. I found some answers from Microsoft here that I have to clean my Temp folder (done), reboot (done). You also mentioned that I have to check Microsoft Fix It folder in C:/ if there is ltd.dll and if not, I should reinstall it. But I can´t install Fix It Centre because you stopped beta test program and it isn´t available for download for Win 7 anymore.
What can I do? Do I have to wait or I just didn´t notice some procedure?
Thank you for reply!
Udo

Dear Customer,
Thanks for your feedback. May I know have you installed "Fix it Center" application on your computer?

Dear Mr. Jun,
thank you for your fast reply. I had been looking for "Fix It Center" but the only thing I found was this site
http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/Portal
I signed up and tried to download/install Fix It Center under "My Computers" site but it gives me information about closed beta test program for Win 7 users.
Where can I download it? Is it available for Win 7 users? Because except Fix It Center I found every single subapplication of Fix It Center - called "Mats_Run.xxxx.exe".
Hope that I´m understandable.
Thank you,
Udo

I am having the same problem. Running Windows 7 Ultimate. The "Fix it Center" is closed and the file can no longer be downloaded from there. I searched for lts.dll both on my computer and on Microsoft Downloads and can't find it. How is a person supposed to run all of these Fix it tools if we don't have access to the main program?
Thank you,
Fran

Hey guys,
I try to open Fix It install in WinRAR. Then find Lts.dll in it - copy it to .../Windows/System32. Then open Fix It install normally by clicking on it. This worked for me.
Hope this is not illegal or against licence agreement. But what can I do, when guys from Microsoft don´t answer? ;)

I have the same problem. Aero stopped working and the Aero fix won't repair the problem because it can't find lts.dll.
I have a folder MATS-Temp in the Temp folder and inside is just the exe file MATSWiz. No lts.dll.
I don't understand your instruction steps above. How do i extract MATS_run.XXXXX.exe when I don't even know what or where it is or how to extract it. What's with all the XXXXXs? Could you please retype steps 9 - 14 in easy to understand sentences and explain things better.
Fix Center is closed so that's no use.
Can you not just make lts.dlll available for download on a webpage somewhere?
Running Windows 7 Home 64-bit
Look forward to a reply soon. Thanks.

hi guys, encountered the same problem, "Mats_Run.XXXX.exe won't install due to missing "lts.dll" apparently, since there are various Mats_Run programs developed by microsoft, i searched on how to install the "mother installer software" which i found to be the "FIX IT CENTER" program... you can download it in CNET at http://download.cnet.com/Fix-it-Center/3000-18512_4-75181095.html or http://windows7themes.net/auto-repair-windows-7-with-microsofts-fix-it-center.html the installation wizard went all fine like a breeze...Sunday, May 22, 2011 9:45 AM
