Cannot install updates after downloading them RRS feed

    I recently rebooted my computer and have since been unable to download some updates.  I have windows xp pro service pack 2 and i am unsure where to look for the oem number.  It is a genuine copy.  He is the diagnostic info.  After downloading updates, the message says that it cannot instal some of the current updates.
