Dynamics CRM - Unexpected Error

Hi,
I'm attempting to create new opportunities (sales) and I keep getting this "Unexpected Error - An error has occurred". I've tried making several attempts with different vendors, different browsers, different internet connections, but the same error keeps popping up. I tried attaching an image, but apparently I have to verify my account first.
This also occurs when I try to view an Opportunity.
Please assist.
