adding PC to a One Care Circle--way too tasking

  Please help. Many efforts have been made to add a PC to a One Care subscription- to make a cirlce. Not requiring any hub pc's. The directions only take you round and round through same loop-de-loop, with no resluts, and NO contact back from One Help. How can I add a PC to a paid account for protection? thank you.
