  • Unfortunately there really isn't an upgrade path from the certifications you currently hold.  If you had upgraded your MCSE Server 2003 to MCSE: for Server 2008 or MCSA: Server 2008 then there would be an upgrade exam to get to MCSA: Server 2012.  But since you only have one exam on Server 2008 you'll need to complete all the exams to certify on server 2012.  MCSA: server 2012 requires 70-410, 70-411, and 70-412.  Then you'll need to add two more exams to get to MCSE: Server Infrastructure.  Those two exams would be 70-413 and 70-414.  Also note that its now just MCSE: Server Infrastructure and not tied to a specific version.  That means you'll need to take a test to re-certify after 3 years.
