Sending Emails from Trial

Question
-
We're testing out the 30 trial and created a workflow to send an email when an invoice is created. We get a "This message has no tbeen submitted for delivery". Checked the E-mail Access Config but there is no Allow credentials check box.
Is mail delivery turned off for the 30 day trial?- Moved by Xiaopeng Wu Tuesday, March 8, 2011 11:36 PM Forum consolidation (From:CRM Online)

Yes, should be able to send email during trial. I would check the following:
Setup the Microsoft CRM Online Outlook Client to allow for sending emails

OR
setup the Microsoft CRM Online Email Router to allow for sending emails:

There is no hosted support for email in CRM Onlline. You'll need to run either the Outlook client or the email router.
See blog http://blog.mikelu.org/2008/01/21/the-crm-40-e-mail-router-with-pop3/ for setting up the email router.
Also you find more info at the resource center.

Hi Richard,
You can download the CRM 4.0 Online Email Router from Microsoft's website. Here's the link.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=261a17f6-72c9-45a3-b19a-75ae844b9dd0
Once you configured your email router, it should pick up and send out the emails in the email queue.

Thanks Frank,
I've looked at these before. We are not using Outlook client during the trial and as mentioned in my first post we looked under Tool, Options, Email tab. There is no Allow E-mail Router to use my credentials to send and receive e-mail on my behalf to check.
As we are using online trial, how do you get to the "E-mail Router Configuration Manager "?
Thanks,
