    I cant see any simple way to unlink text boxes.  Linking is easy.

    Publisher own Help pressing the ? ikon-

    Also tried link, and un link for any insights.
    I have used Publisher 2007 in the past and am finding the lack of help, other than very basic stuff on MS on website ver frustrating. There are also very few purchasable manuals  like the inside out series.
     I am urgently trying to complete a 20+ paage A3 document for a Listed Building application and using Publisher is like swimming in porridge
    Its not just help on this issue, but decent help generally
    please help
