If you are using Vista, those actions would present you with a UAC prompt to acknowledge that you are the one initiating this action - even if you are an administrator. If this is not happening, please contact OneCare support.

UAC does not have anything to do with this... Its all OneCare stating it can't continue the action...

Sorry for my delayed return reply. If it isn't a UAC prompt and it is OneCare, then my advice to contact support is the answer for you. Apparently there is something wrong with permissions.
