I cannot "Access my computer with reduced functionality". RRS feed

    I was using my Dell over 2 months but today I had the classical activation error.

    There are some solutions suggested here but none them is relevant for me bacause I cannot access my computer with reduced functionality. When I click that nothing happens. No browser window pops up, nothing. So I cannot try any of the solutions suggested here.

    I have a genuine Windows but now I cannot use it ! This is so annoying.

    What am I gonna do ? Please help.

    Hi premodern,

     

      What about the other options that are given such as the "learn more online" or other options. Do any of these open a browser?  If not, I suggest opening a (no cost) support request at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52029 for additional assistance.
