I'm seeing a lot of duplicate responses lately. At first I thought it was people posting twice by accident, until I saw it happen to @nobugs, and then again recently to me! I know I didn't do anything odd.
example thread where one of the duplicates is the answer and the other is not:

They are actually dups in the dbase, shrapnel from error handling with retry attempts. Some poor soul with moderator rights has to delete them. Microsoft mods don't do house keeping, there are few community souls left. They'll probably stay there forever.

There were problems with one or more web servers yesterday. I reported the dup thread/post problem as well as very long response times early Monday morning, it got worse throughout the day with the server(s) resetting the connection. It looked like it got resolved in the late afternoon. Not quite sure, I report these kind of issues but never hear what was done about them.

I'm just saying the duplicates are still there. The thread I posted above shows them. Thanks for reporting problems. I noticed those long response times too.
I'm just wondering if the dups will be corrected somehow now that the servers have been reset or whatever. Because so far it seems like the dups are not corrected (see the thread linked). I still see the dups, so it's not completely resolved. -
