Default the Set From of Outlook field with custom Email Entity in MS CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi, I have a requirement to default set the “From” field of Outlook Email Activity to “From” field of CRM, instead the user email address. Is it possible to change the from field of outlook Email activity from the CRM Email Activity “From” field.
